To protect, inspect and repair international submarine links, Orange Marine designs, builds and operates its own fleet of highly specialised submarine vehicles.

The fleet, which is constantly growing, is currently composed of:

• 1 Plough
• 6 ROVs (Remotely Operated Vehicles)
• 2 trenchers
• 1 crawler
• 2 specialised jetting sledges (SCAT and WORM)

These vehicles have accumulated over 40,000 hours of operation, allowing:

• About 3,000 km of underwater inspection.

The constant dialogue between designers and pilots allows for continuous improvement in terms of performance, reliability and operational safety.

In addition, the use of ROVs within international maintenance agreements allows pilots to maintain a high level of continuous training, improving operational procedures and technical expertise over time.
